I. Automatic Internal Welding System for Pipe/Valve Overlay Features
- The welding torch moves forward and backward along its axis while the workpiece rotates, with the weld position kept horizontal.
- Workpiece rotation is driven by a power head with end-face positioning for rotary welding; high voltage and slow wire feeding ensure reliable arc ignition.
- Low welding voltage and low current are used for crater filling, and push-type wire feeding ensures stable wire delivery.
- The welding torch is longitudinally adjustable for different weld types, and a PLC controls all operations; rotation speed is steplessly adjusted via an AC inverter to improve equipment reliability.

III. Automatic Internal Welding System for Pipe/Valve Overlay Structure
1.Welding Head and Actuating Mechanism:
- Extended Welding Torch: This is the core component. Its slender body allows it to penetrate deep into the workpiece, and it is typically equipped with a water-cooling system to accommodate long-term continuous operation.
- Cross Slider: Powered by a motor, this controls the lifting (vertical), extension (horizontal), and angle adjustment of the welding torch.


2.Spindle box: Contains a built-in servo motor and reducer, used for clamping and driving the workpiece (rotating at a constant speed, working with the welding torch to achieve circumferential welding). Typically uses a four-jaw chuck.


3.The machine is equipped with a high-definition camera that can capture real-time images of the internal hole welding process and clearly display the weld pool, wire filling, and forming effect on the monitor. Operators can directly observe the arc behavior and weld formation quality without having to get close to the high-temperature workpiece. At the same time, the monitor will update the welding process status, including the current position, completed welds, and key process parameters, facilitating timely adjustments and full traceability.
