I.Main Features
1. Fix the welding torch, rotate the workpiece, and ensure the welding position is horizontal.
2. The bed adopts a welded structure and undergoes overall heating and tempering treatment.
3. The welding station uses clamps for clamping, hydraulic centers for clamping, synchronous rotation, and a lower loading and unloading bracket.
4. It adopts the Japanese OMRON PLC, and the workpiece rotation adopts AC frequency conversion speed regulation, which is steplessly adjustable and improves reliability.
5. The weld appearance is aesthetically pleasing, and the penetration depth and width meet the requirements.
6. The welding torch oscillation and lifting mechanism is used for multi-layer welding of wide weld seams.

III.Work procedures
How does this welding equipment work?
Manual loading → workpiece clamping → flame preheating gun positioning → preheating → reaching set temperature → preheating gun retraction → transfer to welding station → pneumatic feeding of welding gun to welding position → CO2 gas supply → arc ignition → welding → reaching predetermined welding length → arc termination → stopping CO2 gas supply → rapid retraction of welding gun → workpiece release → automatic unloading.
IV.Equipment Structure
- Automatic workpiece transfer device:
A chain conveyor system is used, with clamps positioning the workpieces on the left and right sides to ensure they don't loosen during movement. Cylinder movement is used for switching between workstations.
2. Welding torch.
The welding torch can be adjusted up and down, left and right, and for fine angle adjustments. The fine adjustment uses a dovetail design and a lead screw, ensuring accurate adjustment and high positioning precision. It can be tightened after adjustment.
