The roller welding machine should be able to complete the multi-layer welding of U-shape line and V-shape line for various rollers automatically. The work-piece does not need spot welding for position, it can automatically make pre-heat and stable, continuous welding, the welding line looks good, and size on average, welding section and penetration can reach specification.

III.Basic Concept
Automatic preheating. Pre-heating time and length can be set.
The machine has high voltage and slow wire feeding performance, which guarantees reliable arc igniting. Machine also has low welding voltage and low current for filling crater.
Pneumatic loading and unloading. Welding process is accomplished automatically, so the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
The welding torch, rotation axis and pneumatic tailstock can be adjustable along the longitudinal direction. Machine is suitable for several models.
PLC controls the whole machine operation.
The welding mode and welding specification can be preset, saved and recalled. Via touch man-machine interface.
IV.Equipment Components
The machine is composed of electrical speed reducer head, pneumatic tailstock, pneumatic structure to travel up and down for loading and unloading work-piece, fixture and electricity conduct structure, fixture for welding torch, structure for adjusting, elevating and vacillating, support structure which can be adjusted, pre-heating structure, electrical controlling system, welding power source and pneumatic system.
