IV.Machine Structure
1.The servo motor located within the upper white protective cover is primarily responsible for driving the welding torch to rotate at multiple angles, ensuring flexible posture changes and achieving optimal wire feeding and welding angles when welding complex welds. The servo motor mounted on the machine bed provides macroscopic power, driving the entire motor assembly and welding torch to rotate via a transmission mechanism, thereby controlling the initiation and progression of the welding path. Working together, one managing precise movements and the other handling large-scale displacements, they form the core of the equipment's high-degree-of-freedom and high-precision welding capabilities.


2.The MAG dual-gun axle welding machine features a opposed-position layout, with two spindle boxes mounted on either side of the machine bed. Each spindle box possesses high-precision movement capabilities, driven by a servo motor, enabling reciprocating motion on a linear guide rail to accommodate workpieces of varying lengths. Simultaneously, each spindle box integrates an independent servo drive system, directly controlling the chuck for precise rotation, ensuring stable workpiece repositioning during welding and meeting the requirements for simultaneous dual-gun welding.


3.The panel box adopts a modular layout and typically integrates a touch-screen human-machine interface (HMI), parameter preset knobs, and status indicator lights, allowing operators to set and monitor key parameters such as welding current, voltage, wire feed speed, and program recipes from the best viewpoint without having to get close to the welding host (such as the positioner or welding torch area).
