III.Machine structure
1.Industrial robot system:
Equipped with a high-precision Yaskawa six-axis robot, it has flexible trajectory operation capabilities. When paired with a PLC, it can easily achieve multi-layer circumferential seam welding without trial teaching programming. Based on the characteristics of the robot itself, it can realize multi-layer multi-pass welding, circular arc welding, and complex spatial curve welding.


2.Welding power supply and wire feeding system
The fully digital Panasonic welding machine is used, which has separate current and voltage adjustment functions. Combined with the dual-drive wire feeding mechanism, it ensures stable arc, beautiful weld formation and minimal spatter during the welding process.


3.High-precision positioner
Typically employs a headstock + tailstock structure. The headstock is driven by a servo motor, while the tailstock is pneumatically extendable to accommodate workpieces of varying lengths. The positioner is linked with the robot (external axis) to ensure the welding torch is always in the optimal position during welding, guaranteeing both weld penetration and weld width.


4.Others for your reference
Slag removal machine: Driven by a pneumatic device, after the circumferential or longitudinal seam welding is completed in the hydraulic cylinder, it automatically and precisely knocks and scrapes away the slag and spatter on and around the weld surface.

Workpiece positioning mechanism: This device typically integrates a cylinder to confirm the position of workpieces, ensuring accuracy during repeated loading and unloading, and enabling more efficient batch welding.
