Dual-Station Robotic Welding Hydraulic Cylinder For Automated Welding System

The robotic dual-station welding cylinder is a high-precision clamping and positioning actuator specifically designed for automated welding production lines. It is widely used in the automated welding processes of hydraulic cylinders, oil cylinders, and cylindrical workpieces. Through its dual-station alternating operation design, the equipment achieves simultaneous clamping and welding, significantly improving production efficiency and welding consistency.

1.Clamping Mechanism:

• Modible Tailstock: Driven by a cylinder, allowing the welding equipment to flexibly adjust the support position to accommodate workpieces of different lengths;
• Spindle Box: Workpiece movement is achieved by a servo motor that reduces speed and increases torque via a reducer, then drives the actuator through a gear transmission pair; the pneumatic chuck is used to clamp and position the workpiece, ensuring it maintains a fixed posture during rotation. (Identical structure for two workstations.,Fixture can be customized.)

2.The lifting door

It adopts a dual-station alternating lifting design, using a cylinder for precise driving to achieve independent opening and closing of the two protective doors during welding, effectively isolating welding spatter and arc light. This structure, combined with PLC timing control, can automatically complete the lifting action according to the welding cycle, significantly improving the efficiency of material loading/unloading and welding operations while ensuring operational safety.

3.The robot

This robotic dual-station welding machine is equipped with a high-degree-of-freedom industrial robotic arm, which can automatically switch between two worktables to achieve simultaneous loading, unloading and welding, greatly improving the efficiency of continuous operation.
