1. Double Torch Simultaneous Welding System

The machine is equipped with two welding torches that can perform welding operations simultaneously, greatly improving production efficiency compared with traditional single-torch welding methods.

2. Welding Process Control

This welding machine integrates PLC control technology and an HMI (Human Machine Interface), allowing for convenient and quick access to welding parameters according to process requirements.

3.MAG Welding 

The automatic welding of circumferential weld seams (multi-layer welding) is achieved by using mixed gas shielded welding (MAG welding) and rotating the workpiece via an external shaft.

1.Spindle and chuck

The spindle drive system uses an AC servo motor to rotate the workpiece and complete the welding process; a pneumatic center is installed at the center of rotation, and the pneumatic clamping can be manually extended via a separate button and automatically retracts after welding.

2.Welding head

The welding torch moves back and forth via a servo motor to switch between preparation and welding positions; a left-right swing mechanism drives the welding torch to swing laterally to cover the bevel and improve sidewall fusion; an up-down lifting mechanism controls the lifting of the welding torch for interlayer adjustment and to adapt to diameter changes; and a three-dimensional adjustment mechanism precisely corrects the welding torch position through fine-tuning along the X, Y, and Z axes.

 

3.Preheating system

The equipment is equipped with a flame preheating system, which uses oxygen/propane gas and is equipped with a safety valve.

 

4.V-shaped center frame

Two sets of height-adjustable idler roller center frames are installed on the machine base (manually disassembled and reassembled as a whole). The idler roller height is adjusted manually using a lead screw and locked after reaching the set position.
