TIG Cylinder Linear Seam Welding Machine

To cater to different customer workshop layouts and production needs, this equipment offers two configuration modes: "with trolley" and "without trolley":

• With trolley mode: Equipped with an independent mobile base or rail trolley, the equipment can be moved flexibly and is suitable for multi-workstation operations or scenarios requiring relocation due to space constraints.
• Without trolley mode: Utilizes a fixed bed design, with a compact structure and high rigidity, suitable for fixed-point batch welding on production lines, with a smaller footprint and superior operational stability.

Customers can flexibly choose the most suitable configuration based on their actual production scale, workpiece size, and workshop space.

Note: Non-standard customization is supported.

1.Frame and Moving Mechanism:

• With trolley: Utilizes a heavy-duty square steel welding carriage equipped with high-load-bearing casters and adjustable feet for easy movement. It can be quickly locked upon arrival at the workstation, ensuring stability during the welding process.
• Without trolley: Employs an integral welding bed, aging-treated for exceptional structural rigidity, ensuring no deformation under long-term heavy loads and guaranteeing welding precision.

2.Piano Key Type Clamping Mechanism:

• Employs a pneumatic piano key clamping plate design, using an independent clamping finger structure to achieve uniform clamping along the entire length of the workpiece. Combined with a back gas protection groove, it effectively prevents thermal deformation during welding, ensuring uniform weld back formation and preventing oxidation.

3.Welding Travel Mechanism:

• Utilizes high-precision linear guides and stepper/servo motor drive, ensuring smooth travel and stepless speed adjustment, guaranteeing the straightness and repeatability of the welding torch's trajectory during welding.

4.Welding Torch Adjustment Mechanism:

• Equipped with a three-dimensional manual/automatic adjustable slide, allowing for precise adjustment of the welding torch's up/down, left/right, and angle to adapt to welding requirements of different plate thicknesses and bevel types.

5.The electrical control system

• It adopts centralized PLC control and parameter setting via a touch screen. Multiple sets of welding process parameters can be pre-stored and recalled with a single button. It features safety operation functions such as "automatic welding," "jog welding," and "emergency stop reset."

1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
