2.The machine head's traveling mechanism is driven by a servo motor, enabling the entire machine head to achieve high-precision linear motion on a precision guide rail. The lifting and lowering of the machine head is controlled by a cylinder, ensuring rapid response and reliable operation. For the adjustment mechanism, the equipment employs a dovetail ball screw structure, which not only provides high positioning accuracy but also features a locking function after adjustment, ensuring long-term positional stability during welding and meeting the requirements of high-precision welding processes.

3.We are using copper clamping bar and copper back bar in your machine. They can be for steel, stainless steel and Al. Copper bar is used to conduct both heat and electricity.
