Dual-Torch Circular Seam Welding Machine

I.Overview
The dual-gun circumferential welding machine is an automated welding equipment, typically with a horizontal structure and equipped with two welding gun systems. It simultaneously welds two circumferential welds on the workpiece, solving problems such as low efficiency, high heat input, and difficulty in deformation control in single-gun welding. It is widely used in the welding of medium and thick plates and thin-walled round workpieces in industries such as pressure vessels, automotive exhaust systems, gas storage tanks, and fire-fighting equipment.

Note: The distance between the two guns can be adjusted independently to accommodate different circumferential seam spacings.
III.Machine structure
- Rotary Drive Mechanism: Driven by a servo motor + precision reducer or a servo motor;Equipped with a three-jaw self-centering chuck or a pneumatic/hydraulic tensioning spindle for workpiece clamping and synchronous rotation.


- Dual welding torch adjustment system: Each welding torch has an independent three-dimensional fine-tuning slide (X/Y/Z) for precise welding position, which can be fixed after adjustment. Optional oscillator (mechanical or motor driven) is available for filling and covering wide weld seams.



- Welding Control System: PLC + touchscreen HMI.Stores multiple sets of welding parameters (speed, arc start/end delay, wire feed speed, oscillation parameters, etc.).


- Auxiliary Mechanism: Tailstock clamping mechanism (pneumatic or manual) for auxiliary support of long workpieces.Welding Torch Cooling System (water-cooled or air-cooled).

V.Package
1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
