This flange welding equipment is equipped with two welding torches: a TIG welding torch for welding the inner circumferential seam and a MAG welding torch for welding the outer circumferential seam. The angle and position of the welding torches are adjustable, ensuring a stable and continuous welding process with uniform and aesthetically pleasing welds, achieving the required weld depth and width.
The TIG welding torch uses a Panasonic TX400 welding power supply, and the MIG welding machine uses a Panasonic FT500 pulse welding machine to ensure aesthetically pleasing weld formation.
