• Customized tooling: Its conical structure is designed to achieve automatic centering during workpiece clamping. When the end face of the oil nozzle workpiece contacts the conical tip, the conical surface can automatically correct the positional deviation between the workpiece axis and the equipment spindle using geometric guidance, ensuring that the workpiece axis precisely coincides with the welding rotation center.

• Welding torch adjustment mechanism: The welding torch is adjusted by a dovetail ball screw, allowing for fine-tuning in all directions to ensure accurate welding positioning. The torch can be locked after adjustment.

• Welding Torch Rotation Mechanism：It consists of AC servo motor, planetary reducer, gear reducer and welding torch clamping mechanism. Rotary head is configured air and electric distributing ring, lead the shielding gas and welding current to the welding torch, welding torch can rotate continuously without tangling of air pipe.

•  Limit switch: Its core function is to precisely define the rotation range of the machine head, preventing mechanical collisions or equipment damage caused by overtravel. This switch typically uses contact mechanical contacts or non-contact proximity sensors. When the machine head rotates to the preset safety boundary, the limit switch is immediately triggered, instantly cutting off the power source of the rotary drive mechanism or sending a reversing signal, thereby strictly locking the machine head within the predetermined working range.
