SAW Tank Circular Seam Automatic Welding Equipment

1. Welding torch can be adjusted up and down, side to side and angled turn. While machine is working,cylinder will rotate. Machine is equipped with 2pc SAW welding torch.

2. Japan OMRON PLC and touch screen are used to control the whole machine. With the help of touch man-machine interface, welding mode and specification can be preset,stored and retrieved. There will be fault alarm and indication during welding process, such as stuck wire, blocked wire, etc.

3.Cylinder is fixed by the rotary chuck, and supported by bracket of rolling wheels.Rolling wheel ensures that it is flexible and convenient to load and unload cylinder. Distance between brackets can be adjusted according to cylinder length.

4.This dual-gun submerged arc welding machine is equipped with a high-precision spindle drive system and a movable clamping mechanism. The spindle box integrates a servo motor, which can accurately drive the chuck to rotate the workpiece smoothly. At the same time, a ejector pin is installed on the traveling tailstock on the other side. It can move flexibly and work in conjunction with the chuck to firmly clamp the workpiece from both sides, thereby ensuring that the weldment is always kept in an ideal horizontal position during the welding process, providing a reliable guarantee for high-quality and high-efficiency circumferential welding.

5.The movable tailstock's main function is to work in conjunction with the chuck to support and clamp the cylindrical workpiece to be welded, ensuring stable alignment during rotation. This tailstock can be flexibly adjusted and locked on the track according to the workpiece length, thus adapting to the welding needs of cylindrical or pipe circumferential seams of different sizes, effectively expanding the equipment's processing range and ensuring welding accuracy.
