1. Gantry/Single-Column Vertical Frame
Main Material: Reinforced welded square steel or precision cast iron base, tempered to relieve stress and ensure no deformation during long-term operation.

2. Precision Rotary Power Head And Rotation limit detection
Drive System: Equipped with an imported servo motor and a high-precision planetary reducer.
Conductive Mechanism: Built-in self-lubricating copper conductive slip ring effectively prevents current fluctuations and ensures arc stability.
Rotation limit detection:This is a key safety function in vertical nozzle welding machines. It primarily limits the rotation angle range of the welding torch, preventing collisions with workpieces, fixtures, or the equipment itself due to excessive rotation during operation. Sensors monitor the welding torch's rotation position in real time. Once the system detects that its movement approaches or exceeds the set safety angle boundary, it immediately triggers a control signal to forcibly stop or adjust the rotation drive, effectively protecting the welding torch structure and internal wiring from mechanical damage.
3. Three-Dimensional Pneumatic Welding Torch Holder
Rapid Positioning: Adjustable pneumatic slider stroke enables automatic advance and retreat of the welding torch, ensuring a constant nozzle-to-oil nozzle distance.
4. Pneumatic Clamping/Centering Fixture
Centering System: Centering clamping mold specifically designed for oil nozzles; cylinder pressing instantly aligns the workpiece axis.
Quick Mold Change: Modular fixture design allows for quick and efficient replacement of different oil nozzle specifications.

II. Main features
CNC MAG Nozzle Welder :
- MAG High-Efficiency Welding: Utilizes gas metal arc welding (GMAW), offering strong penetration for carbon steel, resulting in aesthetically pleasing welds free of internal defects.
- Automated Cyclic Operation: Only manual placement of the workpiece is required; the system automatically completes the following steps: clamping -> rotation -> arc ignition -> welding -> arc termination -> reset.
- Real-Time Parameter Monitoring: The touchscreen displays welding current, voltage, rotation speed, and welding output in real time, supporting self-diagnostic alarms for faults.

1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
