1.Welding head

This is a high-pressure oil pipe TIG argon arc welding head: the variable frequency rotary base drives 360° circumferential welding, the cross slide table finely adjusts the welding gun position; the water-cooled welding gun is equipped with argon gas protection to avoid oxidation and leakage, the welding wire mechanism has step-by-step wire feeding, the top lifting frame is compatible with various specifications, the weld seam has excellent airtightness and meets the high pressure anti-seepage requirements.

2.The AC motor controls the position of the clamping oil pipe of the fixture to be concentric with the workpiece. The upper AC motor controls the vertical position of the clamping oil pipe, allowing the fixture to move up and down.

3.The control panel is equipped with an HMI touch screen, which allows for intuitive setting and monitoring of core parameters such as rotation speed, slide table coordinates, and welding wire replenishment. It supports the storage and one-click recall of multiple program specifications and has a self-diagnostic function for faults. It is easy to operate and ensures precise and controllable welding.
