1. The machine tool consists of a hollow chuck, a head lifting mechanism, a welding torch rotation mechanism, a welding torch wire feeding mechanism, an electrical control system, and a welding power supply. The hollow chuck clamps the entire mechanism onto the pipe. The head lifting mechanism is driven by a servo motor and guided by linear guides, enabling the welding torch to move up and down in conjunction with its rotation for welding. The welding torch rotation mechanism is driven by a servo motor and uses a hollow rotating support gear transmission to rotate the welding torch and achieve welding. Internal hole machining is available for welding workpieces with an internal diameter of 200mm.

2. The entire machine is controlled by a Japanese OMRON PLC, and the welding torch's up-and-down movement and rotation are controlled by an AC servo motor, improving equipment reliability.

3. TIG + filler wire welding process is used.

4. The arc voltage tracking system maintains a constant arc length for the welding torch and its lifting and lowering action is suitable for welding pipes of different diameters. Simultaneously, during TIG welding, a feedback system activates, with the control system sending a displacement signal to raise the welding head radially for tracking compensation during the weld.

5. Electrical components: Meet the equipment's process and safety requirements. The system immediately issues an alarm signal if the requirements are exceeded. The control system includes overload protection, power failure protection, and tungsten sticking alarm functions.

6. The equipment's control system is centered on a programmable logic controller (PLC), achieving integrated control of the welding head movement, torch rotation, welding power supply, and welding head. The torch rotation and wire feed speed are infinitely adjustable. The control system operates stably and reliably with strong anti-interference capabilities.

7.The control system is equipped with a human-machine interface for parameter input and display. The overlap (pitch) of the weld bead can be set arbitrarily between 5 and 8 mm. Both spiral welding and shift welding are possible.

8. The equipment must have closed-loop control, using digital parameter values ​​as feedback signals to automatically correct for welding speed changes caused by various factors during the welding process. Additionally, a clamping brake device is installed on the AC servo motor, allowing the equipment to brake quickly and lock the worktable at the power-off position in the event of a sudden power failure, ensuring operator safety.

9. The control system has a stop point memory and recovery function. When a fault occurs and welding stops, it can resume after the issue is resolved, preventing welding defects.
