I.Overview
The vertical three-axis welding machine for oil ports is an automated device for precision welding of oil ports such as pipe joints and flange seats on the side walls of cylindrical workpieces. The equipment adopts a vertical layout, with the workpiece clamped vertically. The welding torch rotates through three straight axes (X (horizontal) and Z (vertical) to automatically weld complex spatial curve welds.

III.Machine structure
1.It uses a push-type wire feeding system to ensure stable feeding. The welding torch is adjustable vertically, horizontally, and at an angle. The adjustment mechanism features a swallow-tail design and a ball screw, allowing for high-precision positioning. Once adjusted, the torch can be locked in place.
2.The cylinder is supported by freely rotating rollers. The distance between the support points is adjustable to accommodate cylinders of different lengths. It is also equipped with cylinders to hold the workpiece in place, ensuring the welding position does not shift. The machine body includes two sets of steel roller supports.
3.The system is composed of an AC servo motor, a planetary reducer, a gear reducer, and a welding torch clamping mechanism. The rotary head is equipped with both pneumatic and electrical distribution rings, which supply shielding gas and welding current to the welding torch. This design allows the welding torch to rotate continuously without causing the air hose to become tangled.
4.Control system: It adopts PLC (such as Siemens, Omron, etc.) and touch screen human-machine interface, which can store multiple sets of welding parameters (current, voltage, speed, trajectory).

1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
