The 3-meter hydraulic cylinder loading machine achieves semi-automatic tightening. The equipment functions to assemble or remove guide sleeves and pressure caps onto the cylinder, and automatically rotate and tighten them after adjusting the workpieces. Tightening parameters can be directly called and input through the display screen, and the machine will automatically stop after reaching the set torque value.

• Clamping mechanism

The V-shaped clamping and centering mechanism clamps the workpiece synchronously through symmetrical hydraulic cylinders, ensuring that the workpiece is clamped in the same central position. This mechanism is installed on the bed guide rail and can be manually adjusted left and right along the guide rail according to the length of the workpiece. After adjustment, it is positioned by pin holes.

• Piston rod pushing mechanism 

The piston rod pushing mechanism is installed on the side crossbeam. Its main function is to push the piston rod back into the cylinder along the guide rail after the threads are fully tightened and the piston rod is still exposed, thus completing the final process of cylinder installation. It can also be used to pull the piston rod out of the cylinder when disassembling the oil cylinder.

• The slewing bearing's rotating spindle is driven by a servo motor, causing the entire structure to rotate. The bottom of the slewing bearing mechanism is mounted on the bed guide rail, and the guide sleeve can be pre-tightened by manually pushing it back and forth in the left and right positions.
