Automatic welding the stitch seam between the bottom cup and scaffolding pipe on worktable A ,two pieces longitudinal seam of stopper pin both side on worktable B
Description
1.Machine function
1. Automatic welding the stitch seam between the bottom cup and scaffolding pipe on worktable A ,two pieces longitudinal seam of stopper pin both side on worktable B
2.There are two worktable to do different welding process,Worktable A and worktable B.The worktable A is used to weld the bottom cup on scaffolding pipe,worktable B is used to weld the topper on scaffolding pipe.
3.The whole welding system include 2 sets worktable A and B ,One set Conveyor brackets to connect two worktable ,at first ,welding the bottom cups on worktable A,then welding the stopper pin on worktable B.after finish the two stage welding ,the finished scaffolding will automatically reach the storage table which need customers prepare .
4. There are 18 sets welding torch: 6 sets for welding bottom cups and 12 sets for welding stopper pin .Even there are 18sets welding source ,but only need 12 sets welding power source ,because worktable A(6 sets welding torch )and worktable B(12 sets welding torch) are not work at same time .so after finish the welding on worktable A ,then all 12 sets welding power, can all used on worktable B
5. There are 12 sets welding power source totally. System will automatically control signal of wire feeder and welding power source.
6.After welded bottom cup ,the Scaffolding Pipe automatically moved from worktable A to worktable B and scaffolding Pipe will be continue weld the stopper pins on worktable B welding machine
7. MAG welding method with push type wire feeder
8.The welding mode and specification can be preset, saved and recalled via touch screen. it is convenient to modify parameter and switch the status. Welding length, arc igniting, arc ending time.
9. Welding Process
9.1 On worktable A : load the bottom cup on tooling,load the scaffolding pipe on feeding table, Automatically load the scaffolding pipe through bottom cups.
9.2 Clamp the Scaffolding pipe end by rotary chuck.
9.3 Supplying shielding gas automatically and the welding torch mechanism to reach the welding position automatically
9.4 6 sets welding torches weld 6 pcs bottom cups automatically.
9.5.Rotating push device will automatically push welded scaffolding pipe to the conveyor bracket and reach the worktable B
9.6 6 Pcs Stopper pins will be welded automatically.
9.7 After finish welding on worktable B,the rotating push device will push scaffold pipe to the storage table( need user prepare)

2.Main configuration
The Machine is composed of machine base, Rotating head stock , pneumatic tailstock mechanism, supporting mechanism, welding torch feeding and adjustment mechanism, electric control system, pneumatic system and welding power source.
Machine base is welded with heavy duty square tubes and steel plates. so it should use the heavy duty steel to keep the Intensity and straight line level during the welding.
