III.Main features
1. Mainly used for automatically welding flange and pipe frame structure circular seam of various specifications. Melting thickness and width reach working requirement. Welding penetration and leakage test will be qualied.
2.Machine welding torch is fixed, while the pipe is rotating. Welding position is horizontal.
4. Workpiece is clamped or pressed tightly by chuck and synchronously rotate. The universal ball supporter bracket is beneath the pipe.
5. Adopt Siemens PLC, the rotation speed is adjusted by servo motor, improved the reliability.
III.Machine Structure
1.The welding torch is fixed, and the pipe is secured by a chuck, which rotates the pipe. The welding position is horizontal.
2.The welding torch is a TIG welding torch with a ceramic nozzle. During TIG welding, the arc temperature is extremely high, and the ceramic nozzle can withstand this extreme heat for a long time without melting or deforming, ensuring the stability of the welding process. At the same time, ceramic, as a good electrical insulator, can effectively prevent the arc from contacting the metal parts of the welding torch, avoiding short circuits or interference with arc guidance, thereby ensuring a concentrated arc and high welding precision.
3. Japan OMRON PLC and touch screen are used to control the whole machine. With the help of touch man-machine interface, welding mode and specification can be preset, stored and retrieved. There will be fault alarm and indication during welding process, such as stuck wire, blocked wire, etc.
4.With TIG arc tracking system and oscillator.During welding, the welding torch may deviate from the preset weld path due to workpiece machining errors, assembly gaps, thermal deformation, or unstable manual operation. The arc tracking system monitors the arc status in real time through sensors and automatically adjusts the welding torch position to ensure that the arc is always accurately aligned with the weld center.
