1. Automatic Welding of Steel Pipes and Flanges

The equipment is equipped with two independent control panels to achieve division of labor and process optimization - one panel is specifically used to control the entire welding process of steel pipes and flanges, while the other panel is dedicated to managing the cutting of holes in the steel pipe and the subsequent welding of the water outlet. 2.The core executive components of this automated equipment include a plasma cutting torch, a gas shielded welding torch, and specialized tooling. To effectively support long steel pipes and offset their weight-induced droop, the equipment is equipped with a flexibly adjustable support rack. Its height and spacing can be adjusted according to pipe specifications.
