We are pleased to announce that a set of our welding equipment(long seam welding machine) has successfully passed final acceptance and has been loaded into a container at our factory, beginning its journey to our customer in Australia.
Acceptance Completed Before Shipment
Before any equipment leaves our workshop, it goes through a complete acceptance process. Our quality and engineering teams checked the machine's mechanical structure, electrical system, control functions and welding performance against the agreed technical specifications. Only after every item met the required standard was the equipment approved for packing and delivery.
Protective Packaging Built for Long-Distance Transport
Export equipment faces a long trip, with road transport, port handling, ocean freight and inland delivery. Our packaging is designed with that in mind:
- Stretch-film wrapping: The whole machine is wrapped in protective stretch film, which helps keep out dust, moisture and surface scratches and keeps loose parts secured during handling.
- Steel-pipe skid base: The equipment is mounted on a sturdy steel-pipe pallet. The skid carries the machine's weight evenly, makes forklift and crane handling easier and safer, and gives a stable base throughout transit.
A Container Loading Plan Designed In-House
Every machine has different dimensions and a different center of gravity, so a standard loading approach does not always fit. For this shipment, our design team created a dedicated loading plan based on the actual size of the equipment. The plan makes the best use of container space, positions the machine properly, and secures it to reduce shifting or impact during transport. The result is a safer, more efficient load and a lower risk of damage in transit.

For us, delivery does not end when the machine passes inspection. It ends when the equipment reaches the customer in good condition. From acceptance and packaging to loading plan design, each step is handled with the same attention to detail, so that our customers can start production quickly once the equipment arrives.
