Circumferential Seam Welding Machine Safety Operating Procedures

1. Operators must be familiar with the machine's structure, performance, technical limits, and have undergone on-the-job training.
2. Conduct a routine pre-start inspection of the equipment and accurately record the findings. Report any abnormalities immediately.
3. Wear protective glasses, gloves, work clothes, and sleeves.
4. Adjust the gas source pressure and set the melting and butt welding time and temperature.
5. Regularly check the welding torch to ensure it is in good working condition.
6. Check the cooling system status.

 

1. Work Procedure: Install the workpiece onto the three-jaw chuck → Align the other part, step on the foot switch to drive the clamping cylinder to press the workpiece → Press the start button (welding torch lowers) → Motor rotates forward/arc start (wire feeding) → Arc extinguishing (wire retraction/welding torch lifting) → Release the tool and unload the workpiece.
2. The workpiece must have smooth, flat welding edges, free of burrs and oil stains. 3. The welding length must not exceed the length of the workpiece to avoid damaging the mandrel copper pad.
4. Wear a mask during welding to avoid inhaling excessive welding fumes, which are harmful to health.
5. Avoid talking to others while operating to prevent distraction and accidents.
6. Do not touch the electrodes during operation to avoid accidents.
7. If any abnormal noise occurs during use, stop the machine immediately and report for repair. Do not operate the machine while it is malfunctioning.

8. Do not operate without cooling circulation, otherwise the welding torch wires may easily burn out.

 

1. Turn off the water, gas, and electricity, and release any residual gas and water from the three-piece assembly.
2. Turn off the power to each machine head, and finally disconnect the main power.
3. Clean the machine tool and remove any materials.

4. Machine maintenance.
