HAOYU Draws Strong Visitor Interest At PTC Shanghai With Vertical Dual-Station Assembly Machine And Five-Axis Welding Equipment

 

Shanghai, China – [2026.11.3-6] – HAOYU is currently exhibiting at PTC Shanghai, one of Asia's leading trade shows for power transmission and control technology. Since the doors opened, our booth, E6-J3-2, has attracted a steady stream of visitors from many industries, all keen to see our machines up close.

 

 

This year, we brought two machines that reflect our focus on efficient, repeatable and automated production:

1. Vertical Dual-Station Assembly Machine
Designed for stable, high-efficiency assembly, this machine uses a dual-station layout so that loading and assembly can run in parallel, helping reduce idle time and keep the production rhythm consistent. Its vertical structure keeps the footprint compact, which makes it a practical fit for workshops where floor space matters. Visitors spent time watching the station-switching cycle and discussing how it could be adapted to their own components.

2. Five-Axis Welding Equipment
Our five-axis welding equipment drew particular attention for its flexible multi-axis motion and its ability to reach complex weld positions with consistent quality. It is well suited to components such as hydraulic cylinder parts, where weld accuracy and repeatability matter. Many guests stopped to observe the welding process in detail and asked about torch positioning, fixtures and customization options.
