Brazilian Distributor Completes Hands-On Welding Equipment Training At HAOYU

[Dezhou, China], August 31, 2026 -HAOYU welcomed its Brazilian distributor to its manufacturing facility from August 27 to 31 for a five-day welding equipment training and exchange program.

The program covered more than 20 machines and applications. It was designed to strengthen the distributor's understanding of the company's engineering, production and technical service processes, providing a stronger foundation for supporting customers in the Brazilian market.

 

 

The visit began with a tour of the company's design, electrical assembly and mechanical assembly departments. The Brazilian distributor received an overview of how welding systems are developed, assembled and prepared for customer applications.

Technical training started with the inner and outer double-torch pipe flange welding machine. The first day also covered an axle automatic welding machine and a steel pipe flange welding machine developed for a Saudi Arabian application.

These sessions introduced the operating principles and application requirements of different automated welding systems while helping the distributor better understand the relationship between equipment configuration and the customer's workpiece.

 

 

The second day focused on a five-axis welding machine and an aluminum fuel tank welding machine. Training then moved to hydraulic cylinder production equipment, including vertical and horizontal hydraulic cylinder assembly machines and baffle assembly applications.

On the third day, the program covered several machines for pipe and hydraulic component manufacturing. The Brazilian distributor received training on:

• High-pressure oil pipe welding machines using TIG and MAG processes ：
• Three-axis oil port welding machines
• Standard hydraulic cylinder welding machines
• Longitudinal seam laser welding machines
• Longitudinal seam MAG welding machines

The range of equipment allowed the distributor to develop a broader understanding of automated welding solutions for pipes, pressure components, hydraulic cylinders and longitudinal seam applications.

 

 

The final technical day expanded the training to additional industrial applications. The equipment covered included air tank girth seam welding machines, track roller welding machines, narrow gap welding machines and laser cladding systems.

This part of the program provided an overview of equipment developed for circular seams, heavy components, narrow welding joints and surface repair or reinforcement applications.

In addition to the technical sessions, the schedule included a day of local sightseeing and informal cultural exchange, giving both teams more time to communicate and strengthen their working relationship.

 

 

Technical service was an important part of the training program. During the final afternoon, Engineer Hu and Engineer Liu introduced equipment maintenance and servicing procedures, OMRON software and remote assistance setup.

The sessions gave the Brazilian distributor a clearer understanding of how to communicate equipment information, coordinate troubleshooting and work with the manufacturer's engineering team when remote technical support is required.

By combining factory access, equipment training and service instruction, the program helped the distributor build more systematic product knowledge across a wide range of welding applications.
